Q: How long does the heat last?
A: You can expect consistent, soothing warmth for up to 8 hours.
Q: How discreet is it?
A: Very! The pad is only 125mm wide and ultra-thin. It's designed to be invisible under clothing.
Q: How do I dispose of the pad?
A: Simply throw it in the trash after use. The ingredients are all natural and safe for disposal.
Q: How hot does it get?
A: Each pad warms to around 50–55°C (122–131°F) — about the same as the medium/hot setting on a standard electric heating pad.
Q: Why is it safer than my electric heating pad?
A: Unlike electric heating pads, our single-use pads don’t plug in or overheat from electricity. They provide a steady, controlled warmth that gradually cools down after use. That means no cords, no risk of burns from falling asleep with it, and no fire hazards.

Always wear over clothing — do not apply directly to skin.
Remove immediately if it feels too hot, uncomfortable, or causes pain.
Do not wear while tanning, using tanning beds, or sitting in direct sunlight.
Avoid wearing in very hot weather or high outdoor temperatures.
Do not wear while sleeping.
Not for use on infants, children, or elderly individuals.
Do not heat in the microwave or attempt to reheat.
Contains purified iron powder — harmful if ingested.
The pad begins warming within 3 minutes of opening and reaches full heat in about 30 minutes.
Only use one heating pad within an 8 hour time frame.
