The why
Relief stayed at home. Life did not.
When I was sixteen, I was not thinking about starting a women’s health company. I was trying to get through school while hiding pelvic pain that could make it hard to stand.
After years of unanswered questions, I had laparoscopic surgery in 2005 and was diagnosed with endometriosis. Like so many people living with chronic pelvic pain, I learned how to plan around symptoms, missed moments, and the uncertainty of not knowing when pain would interrupt my day.
Heat therapy became one of the few things that consistently helped me function. My grandmother, an experienced nursing professor, first introduced me to the comfort of a hot water bottle. Later, that became an electric heating pad that rarely left my side.
But there was one problem: relief stayed at home. I could not comfortably carry an electric heating pad to work, on a flight, while running errands, or out with friends. EndoVitality was born from wanting the kind of portable heat support I had wished existed throughout my own journey.
